Memorial Day Weekend!

We had so much fun over the weekend! We haven't been yp to the cabin in so long so we decided to head up there on Saturday morning. There is nothing like a get away to the cabin. It was so nice to spend a couple of days in the fresh air. It was needed by all. Aside from the rainy weather we had a blast. Its crazy to think that the next time we go up there JJ and I will have a little kid WHAT...?

JJ and I out for a ride! I'm not sure if the little one enjoyed it because he was kicking my rib the entire time.

Breakfast is by far my FAVORITE MEAL! I love breakfast at the cabin, Dad's famous waffles and Mom's Banana Foster Syrup...YUMMY!!

Here is Parker, McKenzie, Mckenna, and myself enjoying breakfast. Is it crazy how old Parker looks. Every time I go to my parents house I swear he has grown another 2 inches. He has the sweetest personality and I am so happy to have such an awesome family.

THE CRIB IS HERE!!!!

When JJ and I got home on Monday we went to pick up our baby furniture! It was so much fun to set up! Aside from a few little things here and there I think we are ready for the little guy to get here. Here are some pics!

Here I am at 34 weeks!

Sorry about the crappy picture, something is wrong with my camera. Thanks Jake for your help with bringing all the furniture upstairs after moving all weekend!

I could not believe how much crap was wrapped around two pieces of furniture...It was crazy!!

Now I just need something cute to go on the wall above his bed.

I love SPRING!!

Here are some picture of a BBQ we recently had at my parents house. I absolutely love this time of year. The weather is beautiful and it makes it really hard to go to work everyday because all I want to do is enjoy being outside.

Here is my handsome dad doing some cooking out back. My parents have the perfect backyard. I love going over for Sunday dinner and eating out on the deck.

JJ, McKenzie, and Payton white-trashin it!!! My dad put wheels on the extra seat from his work van so now all we have to do is wheel it out of the garage and we have the perfect seat to hang out on while dinner is being cooked!!

Here I am at 32 weeks. I need to take a picture of me standing up so you can really see how big the belly is getting. The little guy is moving around like crazy and I can't believe I am already at 33 weeks. 7 weeks left :) OH MY GOSH!!! JJ is so excited and it is by far my favorite thing in the world to see his reaction every time he feels the baby move. He is going to be the best dad!!

Little Madden Jack is the best baby! Lindsey sure lucked out with him. He has the sweetest personality I just hope he stays this way.

I also had the opportunity to do McKenzie's hair and Make-up for her school dance. It is crazy to me that she is this old. I swear it was just yesterday when I was getting ready for school dances and she was there on my bed watching. Hope everyone has a great week. I go to the Dr. today to see how the little guy is growing. As of my last appointment he was measureing 2 weeks bigger than his due date, maybe that means he will be coming early. I'll keep you posted. Luv you all!!

Happy Mothers Day!

First things first: HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to all the moms out there!!
My mothers day was so great! JJ and I have had the hardest time picking out a crib for the little guys nursery so JJ decided to take care of it for me for Mothers Day! He is so sweet and came up with a lie saying he was going golfing with his brother Jake. Me being the brat that I am was a little frustrated because he had already spend all day Friday golfing so eventually he broke down and told me his little plan :) We both headed up to get the crib, so excited to get the nursery finally finished and ready to show our moms on Mothers Day! Well....we recieved the most devistating news ever. The crib we finally decided on has to be ordered in and it takes about 3 weeks to get here :( DANG IT!! JJ was so sad that is plan didn't work out but I am so happy to have the crib purchased and now all we have to do is set it up. Here is the one we decided on:

I love it!! Well I am now almost 32 weeks along and can't believe it. He is moving around like crazy and it really is an outter body experience to sit and watch a little arm go from one side of my tummy to the other :) By far my favorite thing is to see how excited JJ is. I can't wait to see him with our little guy. I took some pictures of my belly but of course I dont have them with me. I will post them soon. We still have not decided on a name yet. These are the three that are on our list but who knows i'm sure it will change.

FISHER: I Love this name SOOO SOOO much but I havent been able to sell JJ on it.
DAVIS
RYKER

I dont think we will decide until we are forced to at the hospital. Well I hope everyone has a fantastic week and I promise I will post pictures of my belly and nursery soon.

I'm sorry....

Sorry I have been such a slacker when it comes to blogging, life is crazy right now. We had a Dr. appointment today and everything is looking great with the little man. He is measuring 2 weeks bigger than his due date but the Dr. is going to keep is due date as July 9th for now. We still have not come up with a name but his nursery is coming along well, all we need now is a crib!

JJ and I spent last weekend in St. George and it was so wonderful. It was the annual Luv2Dance dance competition this week and I can't tell you how nice it was to sit back and enjoy instead of running a million miles an hour making sure my teams were ready to hit the floor. I really needed this break from teaching. I miss the girls but it is so nice to come home after work and not straight to dance.

JJ and I are still working on 106th south while living in Layton. Work is out of control trying to get ready for my maternity leave but I am starting to feel like i'm getting on top of it. I feel so fortunate to work for such great people. They are so good to me!!

My belly is growing!! I am almost 29 weeks now and I will post a picture soon I promise.

Hawaii!

Hawaii was such a blast! I hate being home and back to work :( for future reference 5 days is not long enough to spend in the most beautiful place on earth. The weather was kind of crappy but we made the most of it. Jake and Morgan were so fun to travel with and I wish we were still there. We rented a 4-door jeep and had a blast driving around with the top down even in the rain.

JJ's sister Emily lives in Hawaii, it was so nice to see her and hang out with her for a few days. She showed us all the hot spots that not many people know about. She took us to some amazing places to go snorkeling and took us to beautiful beaches. We were even able to swim with a family of turtles WOW that was so much fun. Emily's awesome boyfriend Bobby was able to get us into one of his luaus also, he was amazing and his fire knife show. I should have taken more pictures but it was so amazing I couldn't look away long enough to get a good shot, sorry. Thanks Emily and Bobby for everything!!

Here is us with our cute rental car. JJ's thinks he needs one now :) I'm just fine with that!

This place had the best burger I have ever had!! We listened to live music and after JJ, Emily, and myself went to the famous Warren and Anabell's Magic Show! It was hilarious and I am still dumbfounded with some of the tricks Warren showed us. He pulled JJ out of the croud and asked for the $100.00 bill in his wallet (how he knew he had a 100 bill I will never know) Then he burned it right in front of us while a girl wrote down the serial number. At the end of the show he cut a lemon in half and pulled out JJ's 100 bill with the exact serial number :) hahaha who knows?
This is Warren and us with our $100 bill. I know we are in Hawaii and sweatshirts are not allowed but it was FREEZING in the auditorium and Warren made sure to make fun of the people from Utah who hit the slopes before coming into the show.

Emily and Bobby took us to this amazing beach! It rained most of the time but the rain cant stop us from having fun!!

Emily talked to one of her buddies and got us on this awesome sail boat to do some whale watching. The Whales were amazing but the boat ride was not so hot. The little guy in the belly hated the experience and made sure to let me know. While I was hanging over the boat everyone else got a show from me and the whales. For those of you who know JJ you know he does not handle stuff like that well :) I just wanted to thank my cute husband for all of his support during this pregnancy, he has been so understanding and tried to keep the dry heaving to a minimum :)

Here are some more fun pictures from our trip. That was a great babymoon before the little guy gets here!

No Place Like Idaho!!!

This year for Valentines day we decided to head to Idaho to see our great friends the Lugos. We had so much fun!! On Friday night we went into Twin Falls and had a yummy dinner were they cook in front of you, I LOVE THAT! Then on Valentines Day Jason made his famous tri-tip and crab legs. JJ and Johanna Stagge also came over for dinner. It was so yummy and we had such a blast playing cards and hanging out around the dinner table. I always feel recharged after spending time in Idaho. Jason and Lori have such a positive outlook on life and I love spending the weekend laughing and enjoying time together. My stomach muscles are so sore from laughing so hard. Here are a few pics from our trip.

JJ and Jason cleaning the kitchen after dinner. Now if only I could get JJ to do this at home :)

Jason and Lori!!!!! I love them! Jason also taught me this weekend how to make his FAMOUS MEXICAN SOUP! This is the one this I have craved while being prego. It is soooo yummy. Thanks for the lesson Jas.

Me and my sthweetie!!

I love this picture. I dont remember what Lori said to JJ but they ended up going head first over the couch. I'm so glad I had my camera :)

I have had a number of people request a pic of my prego belly. I did not want to do this but the Jage made me. Here I am at 19 weeks looking fatter then ever! I can finally feel my little guy kick and it is the most amazing feeling in the world. I cant wait till JJ can feel him.

We have a number of things coming up that i'm sure will merit some good posts. We are headed to St. George this weekend for the Home Show! We have gone the last 2 years and have decided to make it a tradition for the two of us. The homes down there are amazing and we have such a blast dreaming of the future. Also, we decided to head to Hawaii the following week for our last HARRRA before the kid comes. I CANT WAIT!! I am so excited to get out of this freaking cold weather! Jake and Morgan called us on V-day and asked if we wanted to go with them. After about 2 seconds of thought of course our answer was yes. Morgan found an awesome deal on a condo so two weeks from today I will be under the hawaiian sun!!!!

I also wanted to thank everyone for the congrats on having a boy. It is so nerve racking after all the crap we have gone through to get this little guy that I havent really allowed my self to get excited. BUT I CANT HOLD IT IN ANY MORE!!! WE ARE SO EXCITED!!! After our little scare last week with prelabor contractions our Dr. assured us everything is looking great :) We go in on Friday for our big ultrasound at the hospital. I will be sure to post pics of the little one.

Its a......

For those of you who don't know, JJ and I are having a.....BOY!!!!!!  We are so excited and can't wait for the exciting months ahead of us.  We are struggling with a name but hopefully we can come to an agreement before the little guy gets here.  Let me know what you think, here are the two names we have so far.

Fisher
Ryker

As far as life goes, JJ and I are still working on 106th south and still hating the commute.  If you know anyone that is interested in a condo ours is FOR SALE!!  I will post pictures soon.  I just started a photography class on Thursday nights and I am loving it so far.  JJ is such an amazing photographer it is kind of intimidating but I'm excited to learn and play with my new camera, practice makes perfect!  Here are some pictures I took this week for my assignment.  It was also my first time editing with Photoshop....Yikes!!  Its going to take a lot of time and patience but I can't wait to learn more.
